Fans of mom, boyfriend, or baggy jeans may already know this tip. Here before your amazed eyes is the simplest, most obvious and most effective method for adjust a few centimeters of the trousers open at the waist!
Everyone should hear about it to save pants forgotten deep in the closets.
Tighten jeans that are too big without a belt
Unfortunately this technique doesn’t work on all types of pants – they have to have them belt loops and’a button above the fly. For this reason, of course, you could also wear a belt, but not everyone likes it and we don’t always have one on hand.
So this technique can clearly avoid diplomatic incidents, even if stand-out underwear like the thong style of the early 2000s (#Y2K for short) or sagging style men’s boxers straight from the nineties are coming back into fashion for the 2020s ! Here is this miracle method, in particular shared on Twitter by @ketosaure :
As illustrated in the video tweet above, just take the fly button and insert it into the belt loop on the same side, before actually closing the trousers by then passing the button through the appropriate hole, obtaining this effect on the other side.
And here it is! I cannot guarantee that this will go completely unnoticed: the closure will be crooked and the crease created may be slightly visible. But, a priori, as long as no one presses their nose against your crotch, there’s little risk of it being noticed.
Do you already practice this trick? Do you have any others to share?
