In a testimony published on her Instagram account, then on Franceinfo, the young woman accuses Caroline Rey-Salmon of sexually assaulting her during a gynecological examination carried out in June 2020 at the Hôtel-Dieu hospital, in Paris, as part of a judicial proceeding. incest investigation.
The young woman tells Franceinfo that it was as part of this procedure that she was referred by the Minors Protection Brigade (BPM) to Caroline Rey-Salmon so that she could carry out a psychological evaluation.
“I was the victim of another sexual assault during the assessment”assures Louison, who states that at the end of the examination the forensic expert told him that she “It was wrong”that she “She could not have been subjected to vaginal rape because her hymen was not torn”.
According to Louison, that’s when the exam got out of hand:
“He put his fingers on my penis, said, ‘Close your eyes, imagine it’s the attacker’s penis that’s on you. Don’t you think he made that gesture instead?’ […] He made the back and forth gesture on my penis several times,” he told Franceinfo. “I kept saying ‘I don’t know anymore, I don’t know anymore’. She [Caroline Rey-Salmon] he said, ‘Yes, yes, close your eyes, remember, put yourself back on stage.’ »

Traumatized by this examination, the young woman had not filed a complaint at the time because she was already in the process of filing a complaint for acts of rape suffered when she was a child. It was the recent appointment of Caroline Rey-Salmon as vice president of CIIVISE that apparently motivated Louison to finally file a complaint.
“Being the head of CIIVISE whose objective is precisely to fight sexual violence and protect children, I have no confidence. Once again I feel like society is making fun of me. »
Contacted by colleagues at Franceinfo, Caroline Rey Salmon disputes the facts she is accused of. But, as the information site reveals, the jurist published an article in 2018 in the specialized journal The notebooks of justice in which it appears to validate the examination method described by the complainant:
“Children don’t understand their genital anatomy […] and they have no words to describe what they suffered. This is the central point in making a sort of reconstruction of the aggressor’s actions with the child on the cot and collecting his sensations to be as close as possible to the events unfolding. »

Sébastien Boueilh supports Caroline Rey-Salmon
