A man who claims poorly performed penile enlargement surgery led to diminished virility is taking legal action against his doctor.
Ilter Turkmen, a rich banker from Tekirdağ, Türkiye, enlisted the help of dr. Haluk Soylemez wants to enlarge his 11.5 cm long penis.
In legal documents, Turkmen claims that dr. According to local media, Soylemez secured a minimum increase of 3.5 cm in length and 2.5 cm in girth.
However, the procedure, which was carried out in January 2022, reportedly ended in disaster, leaving the Turkmen with a smaller – and scarred – member.
Instead of the expected increase of up to five centimeters, the Turkmen man claims the operation reduced his manhood to just 10.5 centimeters.

The angry banker is now demanding compensation of 500,000 lira, around 13,000 pounds.
After trying to prolong the Turkmen manhood, doctors performed a second procedure to stop the bleeding and limit the damage.
But the Turkmen man claims he is still in excruciating pain from the allegedly botched operation, which has left him unable to walk for a month.
In his statement of claim, Turkmene claims that the botched operation not only caused him severe pain, but also deformed his already reduced penis and left significant scars.
Dr. However, Soylemez dismissed Turkmen’s claims and claimed in court: “There is no error in the procedure I carried out.”
His defense team argues that because of the patient’s anatomical structure, there is a risk that the operation would result in no lengthening or less lengthening than average.
Dr. Soylemez also denied making any specific promises to the patient regarding length or girth and denied claims that the size of the Turkmen penis decreased after the operation.
The defense argues that Turkmenistan’s claim for damages is excessive and characterizes it as an attempt at unjust enrichment.
The file says: “The plaintiff received a large bill from another doctor. “The claim for this compensation as substantial compensation for his treatment is unfounded, aimed at unjust enrichment and is unacceptable.”
The case is not yet closed.
