The realtor said that the musician currently owns a 4-room apartment of almost 200 square meters (183.1 square meters, to be more precise), located in an elite residential complex on Povarskaya Street. “According to the parameters of the purchased property, its price is at least 90 million rubles, but does not exceed 100 million,” he added.
