End of story: What will be shown in the final series of “The Crown”?

The Crown is one of the most talked about and scandalous series of the last few years. Recently, the directors were criticized for wanting to cover Princess Diana’s death in detail and show her funeral. But the project, which chronicles the events of the British Empire and the royal family, is almost at its end. This week, the final episode of the 6th season, where the story will end, will be filmed.

Daily Mail sources claim that the producers will be showing the wedding of Charles III and Camilla. The footage will be shot at York Minster. It will replace St George’s Chapel in Windsor, where the King and Queen married in 2005. The producers of the series want the story to end on a positive note and leave a pleasant taste in the mouth.

“The series seemed to provoke the public for months by heartlessly telling the story of Diana’s death and upsetting Prince William and Harry. Therefore, it was decided to finish it beautifully. The wedding of Charles III and Camilla will be a real celebration and a truly happy moment in the history of the monarchy. This story also fits perfectly with the year of the coronation,” said an insider.

“But there are some employees who see all this as a cynical move. Netflix doesn’t want its viewers to be upset by the retelling of Diana’s tragic death,” the source added.

Meanwhile, footage has emerged recently from filming the final season of The Crown with the actors portraying Prince William and Kate Middleton in the sixth season.
