Harvey Weinstein will not be tried on three counts of sexual harassment and rape. Reported by Variety with reference to the Los Angeles attorney’s office.

Judge Lisa Lench dropped the charges and said the disgraced producer would be sent to New York, where she would continue to serve her sentence. Recall that last month Weinstein was sentenced to 16 more years for rape.
Note that the scandal broke out in the fall of 2017. Since then, more than 100 women have reported being harassed by a Hollywood producer. In October 2018, some charges were dropped for lack of evidence. In March 2020, Harvey was found guilty of two of the five counts of rape and sexual harassment and was sentenced to 23 years in prison.
