Shot learned that Wildberry distribution point owners would go on strike because of company fines if they found defects on rejected goods.
According to the employees working directly at the outlets themselves, they bring the goods in the appropriate form themselves to avoid fines. “I’ve been busy patching these ripped and ragged shoes in my office. I paint them because it’s my money. For this, I was fined 20% for this marriage,” he said.

According to the owners, the fines have been withheld since the beginning of March. Wildberries explained that such measures have been taken to exclude customer-made substitution of goods during assembly. But the owners are confident that the company changed the liability in this way. Employees for marriages in the warehouse received negatives on their balance sheets, and the company said it would not be possible to withdraw their salaries to bank accounts with a negative balance.

Employees wrote a petition to the CEO: “According to the statistics we collected, the fines of the interviewed employees exceeded their salaries, ranging from 10,000 rubles to 185,000 rubles. You justified these penalties as debt. You mention various reasons in the comments about these penalties. And today you informed your employees that it will not be possible to withdraw if the balance is negative.”
Employees also demanded the removal of any existing penalties for emergency response letters, copies of employment contracts, and no or no cameras at the point of purchase.
