Preparation for summer: BURO functional menu.  TSUM and Professional Trainer

Spring is coming, so it’s time to get ready for the season of light dresses and cropped tops. And if your attempts to play sports have been unsuccessful, be sure to check out BURO. TSUM, Pro Trainer to try their new healthy menus combined with functional training studios.

Every dish of the new menu follows the “Harvard plate” principles: 50% fiber, 25% complex carbohydrates and the same amount of protein. Some relied on the restaurant’s hits: tahini on eggplant with tomatoes, fried calamari – quinoa and veggies replaced with artichokes with sesame dressing, a salad of seasonal vegetables with very little light dressing. Others have become a spin-off of favorite dishes, such as the grilled iceberg with parmesan and yogurt or the special cabbage with beef tenderloin. Others are specially designed. Asparagus is a full-fledged meal with leftover eggs and pecorino, artichokes garnish the arugula salad with peanut sauce, and the almond-baked mini carrots are a real delicacy.

Along with the à la carte menu, Egor Makarov and Andrey Zhukov compiled five sets of different calorie content and a constructor that will allow everyone to create their own personal menu. And the branded “green menu” BURO. As before, TSUM will provide an opportunity to eliminate gluten, lactose, sugar or animal products from the diet. It’s delicious and interesting at the same time!

Collaboration partner Natura Siberica, the brand of natural Siberian cosmetics, gives out gifts when any dish is ordered from the new menu. Dahurian lily hand cream and bath salt from the Mystic Sardaana collection care for the skin and leave a sophisticated scent.
