Kim Kardashian has made no secret of her commitment to fashion. She has previously boasted of her ability to wear "literally anything," stating: "I don't care how uncomfortable, I don't care how long, if I have to wear a diaper and not go to the bathroom - I don't care what I have to do."
That commitment was on full display this week when a never-before-seen video from the All's Fair premiere went viral. Kardashian, 45, had arrived in a metallic brown draped gown by Schiaparelli Couture that was so restrictive she could not sit down and had to be pushed sideways into her seat by an aide.
It is far from the first time the reality star has pushed her limits for fashion.

Footage from Keeping Up With The Kardashians gave viewers a candid look at what it takes to get Kardashian into a tight outfit. Several assistants were required to squeeze her into a latex Balmain ensemble during Paris Fashion Week, with her stylist Marni Senofonte yanking the trousers up her legs.
Kardashian was heard grimacing and saying her skin hurt, and she told her team she felt she had pulled a muscle in her shoulder during the process. Once the top and trousers were on, she still had to add a matching coat and gloves, telling her team she was going to be "fully boxed in."

She reached out and grabbed a bystander as she fell into a hedge, later apologizing and saying she had grabbed an elderly woman by accident. Her team helped her back to her feet. Before entering the red carpet, she asked her team to tighten the heels and linked arms with her friend Stephanie Shepherd as they walked in.
