Spanish television presenter Jordi Hurtado has revealed the three key daily habits that help him maintain his physical health and youthful appearance at 69 years old.
The veteran broadcaster, who has become a popular internet meme in Spain due to his seemingly age-defying looks, detailed his routines during an interview with Pronto magazine.

Hurtado explained that his first essential habit involves eating breakfast two or three times a day. He also keeps a supply of dark chocolate and nuts in his dressing room to sustain his energy during long recording sessions.
His second rule focuses on physical discipline. Hurtado noted that maintaining the exact same weight and remaining active are crucial to his well-being, describing physical consistency as an ongoing effort in which he strives for perfection.

His third practice centers on outdoor activity. Hurtado said he makes a point of walking extensively, spending time in the sun, and breathing fresh air to balance the long hours he spends working under studio lights.
Internet memes and healthy aging
The presenter takes popular online jokes about his supposed immortality in good humor, acknowledging that time does move forward on his official national identity card. He added that his outward appearance is a direct reflection of how healthy he feels internally.
Four decades of broadcasting on Spanish television
Hurtado is best known as the face of Saber y ganar, a daily general knowledge quiz show on Spanish public broadcaster Televisión Española. He has hosted the program continuously since its premiere in 1997, and the show will mark its 30th anniversary next year.
His career with TVE spans more than 40 years. Hurtado first rose to national prominence in 1985 when he co-hosted the game show Si lo sé no vengo alongside Virginia Mataix, establishing a long-standing working relationship with the network.
