Chinese technology company Honor has launched the Honor Play 11T smartphone in China, featuring a 7,500 mAh battery and a 120 Hz display.
The handset joins the broader Play 11 lineup, which already includes the Play 11C, Play 11 Plus, and Play 11 Pro models. Pricing for the new device starts at 1,199 yuan, which is approximately 177 dollars or 15,110 Russian rubles.
Display and Durability Specifications
The Play 11T is built around a 6.61-inch TFT LCD panel with a resolution of 1604 by 720 pixels and a peak brightness of 1,010 nits. Thin-film transistor liquid-crystal displays are widely used in budget smartphones to keep production costs down while maintaining visual clarity. The screen operates at a 120 Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling and includes built-in software tools designed to reduce eye strain.
For physical protection, the phone carries an IP64 rating against dust and water splashes. An IP64 classification indicates full protection against solid particles and resistance to water spraying from any direction, though it does not cover full immersion. It has also received durability certification from SGS, a Swiss multinational testing and verification firm that measures device resistance to drops and structural impacts.
Processor and Memory Options
Under the hood, the device is powered by a 4-nanometer Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 processor running at 2.3 GHz, paired with an Adreno 613 graphics processing unit. The Snapdragon line is manufactured by American semiconductor firm Qualcomm for mobile devices. Buyers can choose between 6 GB, 8 GB, or 12 GB of RAM, along with internal storage options of 128 GB or 256 GB. Honor has also included a virtual RAM expansion system that converts unused internal storage space into extra memory.
The mobile device is equipped with a 7,500 mAh battery that supports 45-watt wired fast charging. On the software side, the smartphone runs MagicOS 10.0, a custom user interface built on Google's Android 16 operating system.
Camera Setup and Availability
For photography, the Play 11T includes a 13-megapixel rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a 5-megapixel front camera with an f/2.2 aperture for selfies. Additional hardware features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric security.
The handset measures 163.9 mm by 75.9 mm by 8.29 mm and weighs 205 grams. It is offered in three color options: black, gold, and blue. At present, the smartphone is officially available for purchase only in China.
