In the first slide, the brunette beauty shared a photo before sharing a recent video of herself at the gym.

“Around the age of 42 I gained 20 kilos and only now (age 47) have I finally managed to recover and feel like before,” began his long legend about his weight loss. “To be clear… I wore a swimsuit on TV for 5 years and never felt ugly or insecure about myself or my body. Not even once.” Emily rocked a chic black top and matching leggings as she worked out in the viral clip.
The proud mother went on to note how strong she feels after losing weight. “I am the strongest (mentally and physically) right now… at 47… and I will continue to get better every day. “My only competition is me,” Emily wrote. Further in the caption, the Bravo personality also thanked her “haters” for their support. “Thank you for following this journey with me and for those who are always kind and comment positive things… I appreciate it!” She continued. “For the haters… I love you too! “You motivate me every day to lift more weight and eat better.”
Shortly after Emily shared the video with her 668,000 followers, many of them commented to praise her. “My favorite thing about all of this is that you loved each other in both dimensions. You are always [flame emojis]” exclaimed one fan, while another added: “Great baby! You were fabulous then and you are fabulous now! I’m so happy you feel great. Emily’s latest post about her transformation and weight loss comes nearly three months after she admitted to using Ozempic during a June 28 appearance on SiriusXM. I was pre-diabetic, so she [the doctor] In fact he said, “Why don’t you take semaglutide?” which is Ozempic, that’s how I did it. Despite being proud of her workout routine and healthier eating habits, Emily noticed that she still felt “hot” before she lost the weight. “I don’t want to hurt myself. I don’t want to say negative things about myself. I have a daughter. There are women out there. You know?,” she added. “I just think it’s important to accept who I was then and I’m healthier now. “I feel better about myself, but I still think he had good vibes.”
