Pacha Ibiza has announced the dates, headline artists and closing party for GORDO presents TARAKA, marking another notable chapter in the club's long history on the island.

Following a special launch event in May, the producer known as GORDO is bringing his underground label TARAKA back to Pacha Ibiza for a six-week residency. The parties take place every Tuesday from August 25 to September 29.
GORDO built international success with tracks including "Hombres y Mujeres" and "Sideways," and produced Drake's 2022 album "Honestly, Nevermind," a house-inflected record that marked a departure from the rapper's usual hip-hop sound. Now ranked as Billboard's number one producer, GORDO returns to the island with extended sets built around his signature house and tech-house sound, joined each week by a rotating cast of guest artists.
Who is GORDO
GORDO is the stage name of the Australian-American DJ and producer previously known as Carnage, who moved away from trap and EDM toward house and tech-house before adopting the new alias in 2022. He is considered one of the most distinctive and high-energy artists working in electronic music today, and organisers describe the residency as one of the most attractive bookings of the closing stretch of the Ibiza season.
House and tech-house are subgenres of electronic dance music built around steady four-on-the-floor rhythms. Tech-house blends the groove of house with the harder edge of techno, and both styles have dominated many of Ibiza's biggest club nights in recent summers.
Headline artists confirmed
The headline artists confirmed across the six weeks include Vintage Culture, Patrick Topping, Shimza, HoneyLuv, Roger Sanchez, Wade, Nicole Moudaber, Alex Wann, ARODES, Manda Moor, Vanjee, Sacchi, Harvy Valencia, Gustavo Dominguez, Tony Guerra, JORD, Gala and Abril Love. The series closes with GORDO joined by Roger Sanchez, Gala and Abril Love for the final party.
Among the marquee names, Roger Sanchez is an American DJ and Grammy Award winner best known for his 2001 hit "Another Chance," while Nicole Moudaber is a Nigerian-Lebanese techno DJ and the founder of the MOOD record label. Patrick Topping, from Newcastle in the United Kingdom, built his career on house and tech-house releases through his own Trick label, and Vintage Culture is one of Brazil's leading exports in the global house scene.
Pacha Ibiza's place in the island's nightlife
Pacha Ibiza has been one of the anchors of the island's nightlife since opening its doors in 1973 and remains among the best known clubs in the world. The Pacha brand has since expanded into a wider network of clubs and hotels in cities including New York, London and Dubai, alongside its original Ibiza venue. Every summer the island's clubs host residencies from leading house and techno artists, and Ibiza is widely regarded as a global capital of electronic dance music.
