Universal Pictures partnered with IMAX on a reissue of Steven Spielbergclassic 1975 film Jaws coming this summer! The film will hit IMAX screens on September 2nd! You know, I’ve never actually seen it Jaws on the big screen, so watching it in IMAX will be a fun experience!

In Jaws“When a young woman is killed by a shark while diving near the resort town of Amity Island, New England, Police Chief Martin Brody (Roy Scheider) wants to close the beaches, but Mayor Larry Vaughn (Murray Hamilton) cancels it, fearing that the loss of tourist income will paralyze the city. Ichthyologist Matt Hooper (Richard Dreyfuss) and the grizzled captain of the ship Quint (Roberto Shaw) offer to help Brody capture the killer beast, and the trio engages in an epic battle between man and nature.
