San Diego Comic-Con 2022 has officially revealed its full schedules for Wednesday July 20 and Thursday July 21! As you will see, there are tons of exciting panels going on that fans will be thrilled to attend!
This will be our first in-person San Diego Comic-Con event in two years and I’m very excited to come back, hang out with friends, and see all kinds of cool things! We will also work hard to cover the event for those of you who cannot attend.
Here are some of the great panels taking place:
THURSDAY 21 JULY
10: 45-11: 45 – ABC’s “THE ROKIE” AND “THE ROKIE: FEDS” – Nathan Fillion (“Castle”, “Firefly”) and Niecy Nash-Betts (“Claws”, “Reno 9-1-1”) join executive producers Alexi Hawley and Terence Paul Winter to discuss how worlds will collide when “The Rookie” franchise expands with “The Rookie: Feds”, coming to ABC this fall. The lively question and answer session will be moderated by Damian Holbrook (senior writer, TV Guide Magazine). Ballroom 20
12:00 pm – “Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves” – Paramount Pictures presents DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: HONOR AMONG THIEVES of Paramount and eOne to kick off the return in person to San Diego Comic-Con with SDCC 2022’s FIRST Hall H panel. Hall H panel attendees will receive an exclusive collectible DUNGEONS and DRAGONS: HONOR AMONG THE THIEVES poster. Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves is in theaters March 3, 2023
13: 30-14: 30 – “ELEMENTARY ABBOTTE” – Star and executive producer Quinta Brunson, and stars Tyler James Williams, Janelle James, Chris Perfetti, Lisa Ann Walter, William Stanford Davis and Sheryl Lee Ralph, join executive producers Justin Halpern and Patrick Schumacker for a LIVE virtual panel for discuss the release of the freshman hit series ahead of its second season return on ABC this fall. The question and answer session will be moderated by Marcus Jones (publisher of awards, TV and film at IndieWire). Indigo ballroom
13: 30-14: 30 – “The Teen Wolf Movie” – Series creator and showrunner Jeff Davis And Teenage wolf The cast members of the film preview the upcoming Paramount + movie as they take a look at the iconic series that started it all. Room H
14: 15-15: 15 – “NATIONAL TREASURE: THREAD OF HISTORY” – The cast and executive producers will share an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming Disney + Original series, which is an expansion of the hit film franchise. Series regulars Lisette Olivera, Jake Austin Walker, Antonio Cipriano, Jordan Rodrigues, Zuri Reed, Lyndon Smith, and executive producers Cormac and Marianne Wibberley gather to discuss this upcoming action-adventure series, moderated by influencer Jenny Lorenzo. 14: 15-15: 15 – “THE GIRL OF THE MOON MARVEL AND THE DEVIL DINOSAUR” – Join the cast and creative team of Disney Channel’s highly anticipated animated series “Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur,” based on the hit Marvel comics, for a conversation about this groundbreaking action comedy series focusing on the African American Super girl. 4:15 – “THE WHEEL OF TIME: THE ORIGINS” – the complementary short digital animated series to hit the fantasy epic The Wheel of Time on Prime Video. The Wheel of Time: Origins takes fans deeper into The Wheel of Time lore and its vast history and topics. Join the creative team and a surprise guest behind The Wheel of Time: Origins as they offer fans an in-depth conversation about the making of this beloved complementary series, along with an exclusive special introductory video that promises to deliver some comic magic. -With a participant. 16: 30-17: 30 – SHATNER ON SHATNER – Join acclaimed actor, writer, speech artist and astronaut William Shatner and moderator Kevin Smith as they discuss Bill’s illustrious and extraordinary career, upcoming projects and his new in-depth Legion M documentary from acclaimed documentarian on culture pop Alexandre O. Philippe making an intimate and up-close exploration of Shatner’s personal journey during his nine decades on Earth. Kevin and Bill will be joined by Philippe and the producers of Legion M and Exhibit A Pictures and will conclude the panel with what promises to be unforgettable questions and answers with the audience. Join Legion M to celebrate William Shatner and immortalize an icon with a handprint ceremony in the lobby of the Theater Box San Diego from 10am to 11am, plus exclusive autograph sessions from 11.30am to 12pm: 30 and 6:15 am to 7:15 am, and an intimate evening rooftop afterparty from 8:00 pm to 10:30 pm (tickets for each event are sold separately).
16: 45-17: 45 – “Beavis and Butt-Head do Comic-Con” – Beavis and Butt-Head Creator Mike judge joins a celebrity moderator as they have a lively conversation about Beavis, Butt-Head, and everything in between. They will discuss the upcoming Beavis and Butt-Head The original Paramount + series, as well as the recently released movie Beavis and Butt-Head make the universe. Ballroom 20
18: 00-19: 00 – “KOALA MAN” – A brand new animated comedy from the creators of “Rick and Morty” and “Pokémon Detective Pikachu” coming to Hulu, “Koala Man” makes its triumphant debut at San Diego Comic Con with creator, EP and Koala himself Michael Cusack and the EPs Justin Roiland, Dan Hernandez and Benji Samit. Learn all about what the suburban Australian superhero is as the team unveils exclusive footage, breaking news and more! Room: 6BCF
19: 15-20: 15 – “SOLAR OPPOSITES” – “Solar Opposites” makes its triumphant return to San Diego Comic-Con! Join our panel for an out-of-this-world conversation with co-creators and EPs Justin Roiland and Mike McMahan and EP Josh Bycel as they discuss the newly released third season on Hulu and what the aliens will be up to later this year. , including exciting exclusive clips. Accompanied by cast members Thomas Middleditch, Sean Giambrone and Mary Mack, this question and answer session and discussion is sure to be an otherworldly moment. Room: 6BCF
