You are a magician in a Dungeons & Dragons or another 5E game? Do you like geometry? Let me introduce you to the Magician creator of spells from Spencer Hibnick. This subclass takes all the knowledge and power of a wizard and adds the ability to understand “the mathematical underpinnings behind the magic itself”. You’ll be able to change the shape of area of effect spells, ignore some cover, get some cover, and more. Also, if you are a DM, there is an NPC to use in your campaigns. This is a fun little supplement that lets you play with shapes.
This subclass allows you to modify the shape of the spell area. Initially you will be able to alternate between cones, cubes, lines and spheres. As you level up, you will be able to distribute new shapes such as donuts. Delightful!
The supplement also contains a complete NPC stat block with battle guide and a simplified NPC using the retention rules of Escape, Mortals! and fortresses and followers. The previews of both are in the screenshots.
