The story follows Victor Frankenstein, a brilliant but selfish scientist who gives life to a creature in a monstrous experiment that eventually leads to the ruin of both the creator and his tragic creation.

It is explained that “most of the film, including this laboratory scene, takes place within the remains of structures once”.

Frankensteinstars Jacob Elordi As a monster, Oscar Isaac As Victor, presented in the posters and are united by My Goth (Maxxxine, the Odyssey) like Victor’s girlfriend, Elizabeth Lavenza; Christoph Waltz (Inglorious baster, Pinocchio di Del Toro) Like Dr. Septimus Pretorius, a former Professor of Victor who originated Bride of Frankenstein; Lars Mikkelsen (The Witcher, Ahsoka) as Captain Anderson, apparent substitute for captain Walton, leader of a journey of discovery to the northern pole; AND Ralph Inesion (Game of Thrones, The Fantastic Four: First Steps) Like Professor Kempre, who in the novel is a professor of natural philosophy described as “a man in a barrel, but deeply imbued in the secrets of his science”.

Del Toro has opened mainly on the film and on what he is trying to say saying: “Someone asked me the other day, has really frightening scenes? For the first time, I considered it. It’s an emotional story for me. It’s personal like anything else. I’m asking a question about being a father, being a son … I’m not asking a horror movie – I’m never trying to do it.”

Del Toro had already said of the project: “It is a film that I wanted to make for 50 years since I saw the first Frankenstein. I had an epiphany, and it is basically a film that required a lot of growth and many tools that I could not have made 10 years ago. Now I am quite brave or crazy or something, and we will face it.”
