Milla Jovovich is going back to the line of fire ProtectorA new gritty action thriller that puts a maternal turning point to survival.
Highland Film Group has just published the first official image of the film and presents Jovovich in the role of Nikki, a former war hero who exchanged Blood Shed for Peace, living in silence with his daughter Chloe.
But that fragile calm is broken when Nikki wakes up in an abandoned, disoriented factory, alone and with missing Chloe. From there, things intensify quickly.
The description of the film recites: “Nikki’s quiet life is shattered when he wakes up in an abandoned factory, just to find that Chloe has been kidnapped. After he fled quickly, Nikki dives into the city’s underworld and in his research to find Chloe.
“While desperately looking for his daughter, attracts both the police and the military, shooting them at the top of the most sought after list. While he goes deeper, he discovers a shocking truth that threatens everything he is fighting for.
“In this high -level match against time, Nikki must find the strength he thought he had left behind to restore the hero who his daughter desperately needs.”
It is a high -level configuration that sounds like a perfect project for Jovovich, who built his inheritance of action as a face of Resident Evil franchise. Join her are Matthew Modine AND Isabel Myers .
Protector was directed by Adrian Grünbergknown for Rambo: Last blood AND Take the gringoand written by Bong-Seeb Munby. Production recently wrapped in New Mexico.
