One of the new characters who will be introduced in James Cameron’S Avatar: fire and ash It has been revealed, thanks to Empire.
The character is part of the Tlalim clan, also known as wind. His name is Peylak and he played by David Thewlis. The character is a boss and when he provides details on this particular clan, the costume designer Deborah L. Scott said:
“They are optimistic, happy, colorful. And when they enter our film, everyone is excited to see them. It is as if the circus was in the city. “
Scott continued to discuss Peylak’s appearance, saying:
“Initially, the cloak was a little more robust, a little more rustic. But while all the clans have developed, Jim [Cameron] He said, “I don’t think it’s big enough.” So I went back and reinvented it. “
When we talk about what Thewlis leads to the role, Scott added:
“The way it takes, has a great posture. It is absolutely stunning in the film. “
Cameron previously spoke about the wind merchants, saying:
“They are nomadic traders, equivalent to the spice road camel caravans in the Middle Ages. And you know, they are simply fun.
“Like all the na’vi, they live in a symbiosis with their creatures.” Prepare to take the skies in a whole new way. “If you have nautical blood in the veins, we recommend that you are turned on [their] ship.”
The film also reads Zoe Saldana, Sam Worldington, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen LangCliff Curtis, Joel David Moore, Cch Pounder, Edie Falco, Jemaine ClementAND Kate Winslet.
Avatar: fire and ash It will arrive in cinemas on December 25, 2025.
