According to a new report, a video game based on the director Mattia Reeves’ AND Robert PattinsonDC Movies 2022 The Batman is currently under development.
The news originated from a Puck article discussing the possible fate of Warner Bros. Discovery and how its various assets could be divided up and sold off.
There have been rumors that a Batman game is in development, but this is the first time this has been mentioned by a reliable source.
Puck’s report states, “especially as WBD’s various divisions begin to collaborate more closely on properties like HBO’s upcoming Penguin series and game, both of which are being wrapped up in 2022’s The Batman.”
There are no details revealed for the game, so all we know for now is that it is in development and that it is set in the universe of The Batman.
It will be interesting to see what this game will be like when it is finally officially announced.
