Crazy and bloody trailer for horror film PATER NOSTER AND THE MISSION OF LIGHT

Here’s the trailer for a crazy underground horror movie titled Pater Noster and the Mission of Lightand this thing is overflowing with blood and gore! This is definitely a NSFW trailer!

Pater Noster and the Mission of Light is directed by Christopher Bickelthe “brainchild of the adventurous underground filmmaker whose previously acclaimed works Theta Girl (2017) and Bad Girls (2022) have shocked the underground film community.

“With a track record of disturbing and thought-provoking films, Bickel is ready to take audiences on a lysergic nightmare that will linger long after the credits roll.”

The film tells the story of Max, “a young record store clerk who stumbles upon a rare vinyl LP and is drawn into the world of a 1970s hippie commune. An invitation to the remnants of this outlandish cult and their unholy progeny leads to serious and horrific circumstances for Max and his friends.”

Bickel said in a statement: “We make underground films on a shoestring budget for the love of art. We’re literally shooting in my backyard. Everything we do is like the Little Rascals putting on a show for the neighborhood kids.

“That doesn’t mean we don’t work hard to make our products the best quality we can with the resources we have. Everything I know about film, I learned from punk rock.

“The films we make are punk rock demo tapes. We operate outside of Hollywood focus groups and traditional distribution routes.”

These guys make movies for the love of their craft and they seem to have created an experience that will stick in the minds of viewers with its sheer insanity.

On top of that, an entire album of songs was written and recorded specifically for the film, which play into the band’s immersive psychedelic music.

The music will be released on both a double LP box set and a 5.1 surround sound disc that will accompany the film’s Blu-ray release.

The film will be released in the fall of 2024.
