The Goonies was arguably one of the most iconic films of the decade, the story took audiences on a wild ride with a group of friends in search of hidden pirate treasure. The film was full of memorable and lovable characters, and its appeal lies in its sense of camaraderie and adventurous childhood spirit.
Steven Spielbergthe moving masterpiece of ET the extraterrestrial, was one of the first movies I ever saw in the theater and introduced us to the lovable alien, E.T., and a little boy named Elliott. Their powerful friendship touched the hearts of millions and turned this film into an ’80s classic.
I loved both of these movies and so many more! The Neverending Story, Time Bandits, ExplorersAND Stand by Me just to name a few others.
