Disneyland Resort Announces Special Events for 2024, Including STAR WARS “Season of the Force.”

Disneyland Resort recently announced its calendar of special events planned for 2024. If you’re a Disneyland fan, you can start planning your theme park adventures! Disney has released a graphic along with some event details, which includes the Star Wars-themed event “Season of the Force.”

This all comes as the Resort opens Pixar Place Hotel on January 30; along with the opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure later this year; and then there’s the ongoing transformation of the Downtown Disney District. Check out all the details below:

Lunar New Year he Disney California Adventure will celebrate from January 23 to February 18, with Asian-inspired food and drinks, decorations and the “Mulan Lunar New Year Procession.”

Celebrate the Gospelan annual tribute to gospel music, will be held at Disneyland for two days in February, with Marvin Sapp performing on February 17 and Tasha Cobbs Leonard on February 24. The event also features community choirs from across Southern California.

Anaheim Duck Dayscelebrating the hockey team’s 30th anniversary, will be held Feb. 22 and 23 and will feature a fan zone, themed activities and appearances by current and former players.

Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival will run March 1 through April 22, featuring food and drinks from across the state and a limited return of the “Soarin’ Over California” attraction.

The season of the Force will run from April 5 to June 2 and will feature new adventures on the Star Tours attraction, themed food and drinks, and limited-edition merchandise. Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will feature nightly galactic music accompanying Disneyland’s fireworks.

Halloween time at Disneyland will take place from August 23rd to October 31st. Then there’s the holiday season, which will be celebrated starting November 15th.
