Marco Hamill’s latest project is a partnership with NASCAR and Columbia Sportswear in which they revealed something new Star Wars– themed racing cars. A video has been released, which you can watch below, revealing the new fairing, inspired by an X-Wing.
Columbia Sportswear was one of Bubba Wallace’s major sponsors, and in the video Wallace meets Hamill, who tosses him the keys to his new car. Hamill also gives Bubba a new helmet, inspired by the helmet Luke Skywalker and the other X-Wing pilots wore in the Star Wars films. Beyond that, Wallace’s fire suit also resembles an X-Wing pilot’s orange and white suit.
