Roadside Attractions and Lionsgate have released the first trailer for Liam Neesonthe ultimate action thriller Salary. Neeson just can’t stop making these kinds of movies, but audiences sure seem to like them! Seriously, who would have thought this would be Neeson’s career after making it Schindler’s List?
The film is described as “an engaging, ticking-the-clock thriller that takes audiences on a high-octane ride of redemption and revenge.” In the story, a Neeson, who plays a bank executive, gets a phone call while driving his children to school and learns that his car will explode if they stop and get out. Yeah, he’s pretty much like Speed.
Here’s the synopsis: “When a mysterious caller places a bomb under the seat of his car, Matt Turner (Liam Neeson) embarks on a high-speed chase through the city to complete a specific set of tasks. With his children trapped in the backseat and a bomb that will explode if they step out of the car, an ordinary commute becomes a twisted game of life and death as Matt follows the stranger’s increasingly dangerous instructions in a race against time to save his family. .”
The film was directed by Nimrod Antal (Vacancy, Armored, Predators, Metallica Through the Never), and is also the protagonist Name Dumezweni, Lilly Aspel, Jack Champion (Avatars 2), Embet DavidtzAND Matthew, Modino.
It looks like a decent action thriller from Liam Neeson, so if you like watching this kind of movie he makes, chances are you’ll like this one. Lionsgate will release the film on August 25, 2023. Watch the trailer!
