Because Paramount Pictures is still figuring out what to do with it Star Trek movies, Paramount+ has enjoyed success with the many series it has produced. Fans of the franchise have been very pleased with them and announced yesterday that they are developing a film titled Star Trek: Section 31.

It turns out that Star Trek: Section 31 it may be the first of many Star Trek film coming to Paramount+. According to a report from THR, the studio is looking to release Star Trek movies every two years! The report says:
Sources say Section 31 was envisioned as Mission: Impossible meets Guardians of the Galaxy, which with the large scale of both films would make crafting a weekly series a bigger challenge. The plan, the sources note, is for Kurtzman and company to make a made-for-streaming Star Trek movie every two years for Paramount+.
I love that Paramount + really have their stuff together when it comes to Star Trekand it looks like they will start coming out Star Trek film premiere of Paramount Pictures and JJ Abrams finally succeed. Also, it wouldn’t surprise me if the Paramount+ Star Trek the movies ended up being better than what Paramount Pictures set out to make.
It will be interesting to see what these new features will be Star Trek movies end up being.
