Disney has found its Lilo! The studio has chosen a newcomer Maya Kealoha in its live-action remake of Lillo & Stitch. He will join the previous cast Zach Galifianakis (The Hangover), who will play the alien character Pleakley.

Pleakley is a member of the Galactic Federation who reluctantly partnered with Jumba Jookiba as an “Earth expert” and was forced to help him capture the escaped Experiment 626 aka Stitch.
The film set in Hawaii is directed by Marcel the shell with shoes director Dean Fleischer Camp and tells the story of the bond formed between a lonely young girl named Lilo and a lovable but dangerous alien named Stitch, designed to be a force of destruction. The central theme of the film is family bonding, but the story also includes Lilo and Stitch on the run from pursuing aliens and social workers.
The young girl cast as Lilo looks absolutely adorable and is perfect for the role! There is no doubt that she is madly excited for the opportunity to bring this character to life!
