The six-episode Netflix series was originally staged at Fox and is based on the New York Times bestselling novel of the same name by Elin Hilderbrand. The murder mystery follows “Nantucket native Celeste Otis, who on July 4th is marrying the perfect man, who just so happens to belong to the wealthiest family in the area. But when a body is discovered floating in the harbor on the morning of what was supposed to be the #wedding of the year, everyone at the party suddenly becomes suspects.
Details on the roles to play The perfect coupleThe first batch of cast members of has not been revealed. But the show will reunite Kidman with Bier in the wake of their work together on the HBO crime drama The ruin.
