In season 3 of the series, “The Mandalorian’s Travels Through the Star Wars galaxy continues. Once a lone bounty hunter, Din Djarin (Peter Pascal) reunited with Grogu. Meanwhile, the New Republic struggles to remove the galaxy from its dark history. The Mandalorian will meet old allies and make new enemies as he and Grogu continue their journey together.
This third season sees Din Djarin journey to Mandalore, where Mando hopes to be “forgiven for his transgressions”. It also sees Mando move into a leadership position and Bo-Katan (Katee Sackhoff) is facing the disappointment of not getting Darksaber back.
The series is also starring Charles Weathers, Amy Sedaris, Emilia Swallow AND Giancarlo Esposito. The eight-episode season 3 directors include Rick Famuyiwa, Rachel Morrison, Lee Isaac ChungCarl Weathers, Peter Ramsey AND Bryce Dallas Howard.
Jon Favreau is the showrunner/head writer and serves as executive producer alongside Dave Filoni, Rick Famuyiwa, Kathleen Kennedy and Colin Wilson. Karen Gilchrist and Carrie Beck are co-executive producers.
