On June 16, ‘The Flash’ is released in cinemas, the first adventure in the DC Universe centered on the famous DC speedster. Directed by Andy Muschietti and starring Ezra Miller, the film promises to explore the multiverse and exploit the great possibilities that this concept presents. From several Batmans sharing the screen to a villainous Barry Allen, everything is an option if we enter the DC multiverse. The trailer isn’t out yet, though. the director wanted to take a fresh look at the projectparticularly from Central City, a fictional city where the Flash usually does his hero work.

Muschietti posted the above image to his Instagram account with the following caption: “Midnight Central City #theflashmovie”. In it we see the director’s hand with the flash emblem so characteristic of the Flash in a filming set that is equivalent to a Central City street. It’s a photo that doesn’t reveal much, but thanks to it the audience can get an idea of what this city will be like in the film, a place little explored in the DCU.
This is Muschietti’s first post related to ‘The Flash’ since February 10, 2022. which has led fans to wonder if there is any special reason why the director uploaded it. Also, it’s his first shared photo of the filming set since principal production wrapped in October 2021. The two main reasons contemplated are that ‘The Flash’ will have reshoots (again) or that the marketing of the film, until now very discreet, he very soon began promoting the project in a big way.
