It is clear that not all art is meant to be a masterpiece and that there are products with other intentions. Above all, there is room for all tastes, even for films that were bad, but which, thanks to the love that thousands of fans have shown them over the years, are now considered cult, with everything and its fame.

With a very risky bet in itself, “Cruel Intentions” is one of the best bad movies that have become good. And that’s right, director Roger Kumble wanted to adapt the story of “Dangerous Liaisons”, a classic of teenage literature, and the result was a tape that thousands of fans remember so much, for the performances of Sarah Michelle, Ryan Phillipe and Reese Witherspoon.

Perhaps one of the greatest examples of very bad movies that have become good for the fans is “Sharknado,” a story that started as a joke but has expanded into a tornado and shark franchise. A story with all the soul of the series B, but if you enter without high expectations, it will reward you with lots of laughs. Available on Amazon Prime Video.

Terror on board

Who knew that Samuel L. Jackson, Elza Pataky and Kenan Thomspon would be together in one of the worst movies of the new century. ‘Terror on board’ is an action and suspense film by David R. Ellis, specialist in this genre, which works as a popcorn story, but if you are at the right time to enjoy something that does not make any sense. Available on HBO Max and Apple TV.

Another tape that his erotic point has kept alive over the years. This is ‘Wild Games’, by John McNaughton, and starring Neve Campbell, Matt Dillon, Denis Richards and Kevin Bacon. The story follows a detective who investigates the case of a school counselor accused of abusing two female students. Available on HBO Max.

Finally a masterpiece that has been claimed by millions of fans worldwide and gaining more followers every year. We are talking about ‘The Room’, the drama by Tommy Wiseau, written, produced, directed and performed by himself. The story follows a man who is seduced by his best friend’s wife.
