The first trailer was released for ARK: The animated series, which is an adaptation of the successful video game franchise. The series comes from Lex + Otis and Studio Wildcard and features an insane stellar voice cast! That cast includes Means Tatanka, Michelle Yeoh, Elliot page, Gerard Butler, David Tennan, Charles Urban, Monica Belucci, Russell Crowe, Alan Tudyk, Vin Diesel, Malcolm McDowell, Zahn McClarnonand Jeffrey Wright.
The show is also produced by Vin Diesel and the film tells “a sweeping story spanning eons of human and world history, 21st century paleontologist Helena Walker (Madden) finds herself resurrected in a mysterious primeval land after a tragedy. There she must learn to survive and find new allies, or die again at the hands of ruthless warlords, all while she tries to discover the true nature of their strange new world.
ARK: The animated series is created by Jesse Rapczak and Jeremy Stieglitz and the episodes were directed by the animation legend Jay Olivedirector on Young Justice, Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Justice League Darkand other animated projects. Sounds like a pretty epic animated series!
The series is written by Margaret Bennett and Kendall Deacon Davis. It’s based on the game Ark: evolved survival by Studio Wildcard. ARK: The animated series will debut in 2023, but we still don’t know where. The trailer is over four minutes long, check it out and tell us what you think!

● Elliot Page plays Victoria Walker, an idealistic aid worker and wife of Helena Walker.
● Ragga Ragnars plays Queen Sigrid, a warlike 10th century Viking warlord.
● David Tennant plays Sir Edmund Rockwell, a self-absorbed 19th century scientist with dark ambitions.
● Alan Tudyk plays the Captain, a surly buccaneer who profitably navigates the dangerous waters around the ARK.
● Karl Urban plays Bob, a square-jawed ARK recent addition.
● Jeffrey Wright plays Henry Townsend, an 18th century American watchmaker and patriot spy.
● Michelle Yeoh plays Meiyin Li, a 3rd century Chinese rebel leader known on ARK for her reputation as a formidable “Beast Queen”.
● Ron Yuan plays Han Li, a 3rd century Chinese rebel leader and brother of Meiyin.
● Starring Russell Crowe as Kor the Prophet, an eccentric ‘dino-whisperer’ from before recorded history.
● And Vin Diesel who plays the role of Santiago, a 24th century ‘Mek’ pilot, mechanic and freedom fighter.
