Emma Grede brought her full designer arsenal on a superyacht family holiday, sharing a wardrobe estimated at £20,000 across a series of Instagram posts.
The east London-born entrepreneur, who now lives in Los Angeles and oversees multiple companies with a combined estimated value of £300 million, named her standout piece as a £3,150 Balmain white crochet dress. "I take it all back this is my favorite dress of the summer!!!!" she wrote in a post dedicated to the look.
Not every outfit carried a four-figure price tag. One of her more affordable combinations paired a £120 Vix Paula Hermanny white bikini top with a £100 Show Me Your Mumu lemon crochet skirt.
Designer Head to Toe
For a fishing outing, Grede chose a £1,190 Jacquemus Cabana heart-print ruffled midi skirt and a £650 Jacquemus Paysan cotton poplin wrap top. Her tank tops alone reflected similar spending: a Gabriela Hearst version costs around £1,200 and a YSL one around £500.
Skirts ran to similar figures. A Silvia Tcherassi Adrianne skirt costs £1,533, while a Diotima World skirt is estimated at around £1,000. A Zimmermann Women's Orange Aster Scarf Maxi Dress came in at £693.
For a beach outing she wore a Celine Women's Black Mini Skater Dress priced at £1,312, paired with a £185 Ralph Lauren tote and an £1,800 Alaia bag. Another look featured a £429 Johanna Ortizo white dress and a £1,400 Prada bag. Accessories throughout the trip included Prada bags at around £1,000 each, YSL sunglasses ranging from £300 to £800, and £800 YSL sandals.
On a lighter note, she also wore a £200 Bondeye red swimsuit with £150 Delfina Swimwear shorts, and modelled Skims' Scoop Neck One Piece, available for £96. Grede is a founding partner of Skims, the shapewear brand she built with Kim Kardashian.
Building Brand Emma
The holiday posts came as Grede's public profile has grown sharply over the past year. Insiders told The Daily Mail the expansion is part of a deliberate strategy described as "Build Brand Emma." She has launched a podcast, given interviews worldwide and published a book about her career titled Start With Yourself.
She announced the book on Instagram with a photo of herself in front of a billboard in Times Square. Messages of support followed from Reese Witherspoon, Jessica Alba, Jay Shetty, Trinny Woodall and Rochelle Humes.
Grede has previously said that women cannot have it all and described her life as a series of trade-offs, adding that she experiences both mum guilt and professional guilt.
