Big Brother star Chanelle Hayes showcased her nine-stone weight loss in a swimsuit photo on Thursday while posing in a hot tub.
The 38-year-old television personality reclined in the water wearing a halterneck swimming costume with full glam makeup.
Her latest post comes after it was revealed that she has left her student nursing job to pursue a career as an OnlyFans model following her body transformation.
Gastric Sleeve Surgery and Body Transformation
Hayes, who gained national prominence on Channel 4 reality series Big Brother in 2007, previously experienced weight fluctuations between seven and 17 stone over several years.
In 2020, the former lads' mags model opted for a secret gastric sleeve operation as a last resort after years of dissatisfaction with her body size. The procedure reduced her body weight by nine stone, bringing her down from a size 18 to a size 6.
Hayes later declared that the surgery changed her life and stated she had no regrets. Having battled harmful eating habits and body image issues since her teenage years, she explained that having a gastric band fitted enabled her to maintain a healthy size.
The gastric sleeve procedure, which restricts food intake by removing 70 to 85 per cent of the stomach, has also been undertaken by public figures such as Vanessa Feltz and James Argent to regain control over their health.

Despite her dramatic weight loss, Hayes was left with excess skin that caused additional distress. She subsequently underwent several operations to remove loose skin, as well as a breast reduction and uplift that reduced her bra size from a G cup to a D cup.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail in July, Hayes acknowledged that although the gastric sleeve boosted her self-confidence, certain areas of her body still leave her feeling insecure.
However, she confirmed she is finished with surgical procedures after completing two breast operations, multiple rounds of liposuction, and several skin-tightening treatments.
Explaining how the gastric sleeve works, Hayes said: "With my sleeve, they take about 70 per cent of your stomach out and leave you with, instead of it being like a round pouch, it is more like a sausage shape, it's massively decreased compared to a normal stomach, which means that I can't eat or drink as much."
She added: "It's perfect for me because it's always been such a psychological thing, I automatically reach for anything."
