High heels and feathers: Letizia exudes elegance with her latest ‘total black’

Doña Letizia and Don Felipe enter audience at the Royal Palace of Madrid for the participants of the 68th NATO Parliamentary Assembly, which coincides with the 40th anniversary of Spain’s entry into the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
