A great story is doomed to fail.
While some are berating the trailer for the Lord of the Rings series, others are looking forward to the prehistory release of Middle-earth life. Complicated directors, hoping to repeat the triumph of the original, follow the work of JRR Tolkien. Pathetic attempts, however, will not bring the show’s desired success.
No matter how hard the prequel creators try, not only will the modern agenda play against them, but so will the legendary glory of director Peter Jackson’s creations. Film critic Oksana Agapova came to a sad conclusion.
“The series structure will not help a new product outperform the original trilogy. The bar for The Lord of the Rings is set too high, it’s like a monument in the history of cinema that we will study for years,” Agapova said in an interview with PopCornNews.
