Heather Rae Young cradles her growing baby bump in sweatpants and sports bra

Tarek El Moussa will be spending quality time with his family this weekend in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

However, it turned out that his pregnant wife, Heather Rae Young, had to stay in Los Angeles on the advice of her doctor.

The Selling Sunset star got a taste of her growing baby bump by visiting her Instagram page before sending her husband and two children to the airport, posting a selfie to her 2.9 million fans and followers.

Young, 34, wrote “Hello baby” about the photo showing the reality star blooming while standing in front of a mirror in her walk-in closet.

The reality star, who learned that she was expecting a baby last week, displayed a sporty look with a tan tracksuit and matching hoodie.

She also wore a sports bra underneath that helped show her tummy and she pulled her long blonde locks from her face and made a ponytail.

Young would later send the family affectionately to Mexico, where she documents it with a photograph of her husband and two children.

Dressed in black tracksuit sneakers and a baseball cap, 40-year-old El Moussa apparently wrapped his arms around his children for the photo taken just before his flight to Cabo.

R&R: Young’s doctor advised her not to go to Cabo with her husband and two children so she can rest and relax without mingling with the crowd.

When the house is empty for a few days, Young focuses on her health and well-being, which includes exercise, time for the girls, rest and relaxation.

Just a few hours ago, he posted a photo of himself lounging and relaxing on a couch, where he announced that he’d be spending the “girls weekend” with “sweat” and “eat and sleep.”

“@Therealtarekelmoussa, the kids and family are in Cabo,” Young continued, “Dr. I fell behind because of my recommendations. i miss mine [heart] and family.’

Morning Workout: The reality star showed off her growing baby bump again as she kicked off Saturday with a morning Pilates session in leggings and tank top.

His day started early, just hours before he sent his family to Cabo San Lucas.

For her morning workout, she once again accentuated her growing baby bump by donning a black camo tank top and black leggings that hugged her feminine curves.

Knowing that they would be apart for a few days, Young and El Moussa spent their Fridays working and playing together.
