Sally Morgan went unrecognizable on her 16 stone weight loss journey after doctors claimed she ate her to death.

The 70-year-old psychic – who has taken measurements for stars like Princess Diana and Uma Thurman – previously weighed 27 stones and was only 1.80 meters tall, and took the urgent precaution necessary for a happy and healthy future.

Sally recently announced that she is planning liposuction and facelift after losing an amazing 16-year-old stone.

She had gastric bypass surgery in 2009 and was left with loose skin after weight loss.

According to Il Sole, the star now plans to go under the knife to boost her self-confidence.

“My neck is just leather,” she told the broadcast, admitting to wearing baggy clothes and scarves in embarrassment.
