15 years after the final, the “clinic” will still be continued and not in the size of the special episode, but in the form of a full season.
Like different sources immediately confirmed, Zach Braff, Donald Faceon and Sarah Chok – the same Jay Dee, Terk and Elliot, without which the return to the Sacred Heart Hospital would simply not make sense in the new project.
The show is planned for the 2025-2026 season, the series is broadcast on the ABC channel. The original author of the Bill Lawrence project, who from the start to return the series, is also involved in the creation, but was held for a long time from the schedule:

The idea of reunion did not come all the way again. In 2022, Lawrence discussed the prospects together with the actors at the ATX festival:

Neil Flynn, who played in the original “clinic” of the cleaner in the very overalls, did not comment on these dreams of Lourens. But Faceon admitted that he lost no hope, although he doubted that filming the series in a classical format was possible:
“I think we all want this. We would like to work together. It is just very difficult. The full season of the series is unrealistic. It can be a film or something short, where it only takes a few months. Everyone now has their own projects.”
Nevertheless, based on the current plans, it is about the season, and not about one episode. So, someone found time, agreed, collected himself and the Holy Heart will reopen the doors for patients. That is who is already participating accurately:
