BBC Breakfast star Charlie Stayt explained that he has no plans to leave the iconic red sofa anytime after being severely questioned by his co-star.
Charlie Stayt won’t be giving up on his BBC breakfast job anytime soon.
The conversation turned to presenters’ careers during the episode on Saturday (June 11) when sports reporter Mike Bushell asked about future release plans.
Mike asked the BBC presenter if he was considering giving up his seat for a concert on ITV’s Love Island after a rugby star was about to visit the Spanish village.
“How far would you go if you had the chance to enter Love Island village?” Mike asked.
“Well, no, I wouldn’t,” Naga replied, while Charlie remained silent.
Turning his attention to Charlie, he asked, “You wouldn’t quit your job, would you?”
“No, I’m not planning this, Mike,” Charlie replied embarrassed.
