Loose Women speaker Stacey Solomon has spent the past few days enjoying her new pool at Pickle Cottage, but it hasn’t been without a slight wardrobe malfunction.
Stacey Solomon suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction after her panties went “sheer” while relaxing by the pool at Pickle Cottage.
The Loose Women star, 32, recently unveiled the new pool at her Essex home after months of maintenance work.
Making the most of yesterday’s sun (June 8), Stacey went out into the garden with her youngest children for a quick dip.
She shared a series of shots as her three-year-old son Rex, who she shares with boyfriend Joe Swash, played in the pool.
Stacey had planned to only see Rex by the pool, but was forced into action because her little Rose also wanted to swim.
Speaking in her Instagram story, she explained: “I didn’t bring bikini and towel … schoolboy mistake.
“I thought she was watching and ready to jump if necessary. Then Rose wanted to go in, so I thought I’d put on my old gray panties and jump in. “
But after a man came to repair a sinkhole in her house, Stacey had to get out of the pool in “saggy panties”.
The former X Factor star shared a photo of her soggy gray panties, with little colorful flowers on top.
“Live footage of my grandmother’s panties,” captioned the post.
“Poor boy. I’m pretty sure having them soaked made them transparent in places. I’m just living my best life at Bridget Jones.”
It comes a few days after Stacey revealed her awesome new pool with fans on social media.
The 32-year-old star wore a white bikini as she posed for a photo in the water with her boyfriend Joe and their youngest children, Rose and Rex.
Sharing the shots on Instagram, Stacey wrote, “Pickle Cottage Pool complete. Finally! It was a long and crazy process but it’s finally over.
“Today was a very emotional day at Pickle Cottage… I know a lot of you ask all the time to see how you are doing, so I couldn’t help but share the ending.
“But I’m still aware that I share it. Often I feel like it should never have been ours. Like I’m a real impostor.”
He continued: “And I am well aware of how lucky we are to have been able to bring this pool back to life. I am so excited to love it forever, to care for it and to respect the water for as long as possible. “They are lucky to have it. PS I’m the worst pool jumper ever.
Stacey and Joe moved into Essex’s £ 1.2 million mansion, Pickle Cottage, last year.
The couple will get married on the property next month after postponing the big day.
Last month, Stacey took to Instagram in tears after finally choosing her wedding dress alongside her sister Jemma.
Documenting the moment, she said: “Hello from me and some words I never imagined saying. Today I choose my wedding dress!”
