Not much of a comedy.

The Big Bang Theory is one of the funniest and most touching sitcoms in sitcom history. Any fan will tell you that. And that same fan watched the series from start to finish no less than five times. Every episode is a galaxy of jokes that are not stupid, not clumsy, and not “one-celled” jokes.

The characters you get attached to, the funny situations they find themselves in day after day. “The Big Bang Theory” is a case where absolutely everything came together and the series had no chance of “failing” an audience of any gender and almost any age. Well, except of course for those viewers who haven’t started physics at school. By the way, there was a happy ending there too.

Admittedly, after the end of the series it turned out not to be such a comedy. We warn you right away that there will be sad spoilers about Leonard from ‘The Childhood of Sheldon’, so if you haven’t seen it, but are planning to, then you are nostalgic and that’s enough, close the article and open another one, we have a lot of interesting ones down there.

For the rest of the curious Varvar, we tell you this. It turns out (at least everything roughly points to this) that Leonard died after the events of the series and Penny was left alone. What is this “everything” that points to such a creepy and sad development of events? There are many references to this in the series “Childhood Sheldon”.

First, and seemingly unconvincing apart from other evidence: Amy and Sheldon named their son Leonard. Second, Penny is mentioned more than once in the series, but they remain silent about Leonard, as if they had taken water in their mouths. And the obvious: Leonard’s health problems are no secret to anyone who has watched The Big Bang Theory. So it’s entirely possible that the creepy assumption is true, and after the events of The Big Bang Theory, Leonard died.
