Coronation Street fans were baffled by the episode’s opening on Monday night (May 30).

In recent weeks on the ITV soap opera, Abi and Imran have been embroiled in a fierce custody battle for their son Alfie.

This week, emotions will rise as Abi, Kevin, Imran and Toyah go head-to-head.

The people of Weatherfield are about to experience a shocking week filled with mayhem and carnage.

Earlier in the episode on Monday, a preview of a future scene was shown, showing a horror incident involving Imran and Toyah.

But viewers were baffled by the clip, which showed several police cars and Imran leaving a chilling message on Toyah’s voicemail.



This week, emotions will rise as Abi, Kevin, Imran and Toyah go head-to-head.

One wrote, “Hey, what’s going on? Did I miss an episode?

A second said, “Did I miss an episode of Corrie?”

A third wrote: “Did I miss an episode? What is happening ?!”

Another perplexed person wrote: “So I was a little confused. I had to check that I wasn’t lost on Friday.

But some fans enjoyed the preview of future chaos.



Imran is heard leaving a chilling voice message

Things were tough between parents Abi and Imran after the recovering drug addict lost custody of his child by surprise to his father and new wife Toyah.

Since then, viewers have seen the Abi mechanic perform at its best despite attorney Imran using shock tactics to get what he wanted.
