Two years later, in 2013, after months of rumored separation, Khloe filed for divorce and legal restoration of her last name.
The divorce was signed by both parties in July 2015, but did not receive final judge approval until she was released on demand in October 2015, the same month Lamara was in a coma at a brothel in Nevada.

He was eventually transferred to an LA hospital and Khloe decided to drop her divorce petition as she wanted to support her estranged husband in making medical decisions during his recovery.
