Her appearance in California comes several weeks after she was spotted showing off her arms during another outing in Los Angeles last month. Los Angeles has long served as the center of the American film industry, where Fonda built her career before choosing to step away from public life two decades ago.

"She could have taken a diabetes drug like GLP-1 which can be found in Zepbound and Ozempic. That would explain the rapid and consistent weight loss."

Dr Wilks noted that alternative methods would require strict dietary changes. "But if she dropped the pounds naturally there really is only one way she could have done it: by dramatically decreasing sugar, carbs and dairy," he said.
