Messages seized by Brazil's Polícia Federal (Federal Police) have revealed how Daniel Vorcaro, the former owner of Banco Master, organized a secret party in São Paulo in 2023 that brought together around 120 women and just 20 men, including businessmen and figures linked to Brazilian politics.
The gathering, which the Brazilian magazine Piauí dubbed the "suíças party," was held at a venue called Madame Satã, according to the messages reviewed by investigators.
The messages show that Vorcaro asked specifically for very young women to attend, while Fábio Faria, a former minister under ex-president Jair Bolsonaro and now a federal deputy, helped put together the list of male guests. Guests were required to hand over their phones at the door, a rule meant to stop anyone taking photographs or filming.
Halloween Theme and Six-to-One Ratio
The party had a Halloween theme, and Vorcaro reportedly attended dressed as Dracula. Messages found on his phone point to meticulous planning, including close attention to the number of women present. The episode became especially controversial because of the gap between the sexes, with six women for every man at the event.
Banco Master Fraud Investigation
The party is only the latest twist in a case that has placed Vorcaro at the centre of one of Brazil's biggest recent financial and political scandals. Operação Compliance Zero, a Federal Police investigation, is looking into suspected multi-billion-dollar fraud at Banco Master, including the alleged creation and sale of credit portfolios with no real financial backing behind them.
Vorcaro was first arrested in November 2025 and detained again in March 2026, during the third phase of the operation.
Political Fallout
The political stakes of the case have grown in recent days. Investigation documents point to alleged attempts by Vorcaro to influence proceedings at Brazil's Supreme Federal Court and its federal audit court, the Tribunal de Contas da União.
The scandal has also reached Jair Bolsonaro's political camp. Senator Flávio Bolsonaro is under investigation over a suspected 12 million dollar transfer to a fund linked to financing a film about his father, the former president. Flávio Bolsonaro and his brother Eduardo Bolsonaro deny any wrongdoing.
