Anna Peresild, known for her role in the series Word of the Boy. Blood on the Asphalt, says she learned to walk in heels for her part as Lyubava in the fairytale film Sadko and ended up doing far more than walking in them.
Speaking to KP, Peresild said she had always hated heels but wore them constantly throughout the production. She added that she now feels she moves in them beautifully and can run, jump, and do whatever is needed.
She noted that a lot of running was required during outdoor shoots in Priozersk on the shore of Lake Ladoga.
Separately, a video from a private birthday party for the 17-year-old went viral online, accumulating more than half a million views. The clip was posted by photographer and friend Ulyana Spirova and marked the birthday of Anna, the daughter of actress Yulia Peresild and director Alexei Uchitel.
