A second photograph taken on the fourth day of her recovery showed slight bruising beneath her eyes and around her lips. By Tuesday, Bellino posted further before-and-after pictures, confirming that she was officially 13 weeks post-operation and could not be happier with the results.
Bellino claimed that the enhancements were subtle enough that people in her daily life had no idea she had undergone surgery. She wrote that acquaintances believed she had simply altered her hair or was benefiting from restful sleep, which she described as the exact outcome a patient wants.
Detailing the specific cosmetic operations she received, Bellino revealed that her transformation involved a mid-facelift, a neck lift, an upper blepharoplasty, and a carbon dioxide laser treatment.
In cosmetic surgery, a mid-facelift targets the middle area of the face by repositioning sagging tissues in the cheeks and lower eyelids, while a neck lift tightens loose skin and underlying muscle structure around the jawline and neck. Upper blepharoplasty removes excess skin or fatty tissue from the upper eyelids to reduce drooping, and carbon dioxide laser resurfacing uses targeted light energy to strip damaged outer skin layers, encouraging collagen production and smoothing skin texture.
