Even deaf children will be able to chat with Santa Claus

This year, thanks to video calls made in sign language, deaf or hard of hearing children will be able to talk to Santa Claus.

Oh oh oh ! Good news for kids who believe in Santa Claus, and especially for those who are deaf or hard of hearing and who until then couldn’t cut the end of the fat with a Santa who didn’t know sign language. This year, thanks to a specially reserved calling platform, things will change!

From November 16 and until December 16, children who have deaf people will be able to chat with Santa Claus on video and in sign language. To do this is quite simple, as the company Deafi explains, the first customer relations center adapted to deaf or hard of hearing people, at the origin of the project:

To access this free service, children and their families can access a connection link, from 16 November. At the end of the call, they will receive a thank you email from Santa.

For French Sign Language calls, the slots are:

● Tuesday 22 November from 17:00 to 19:00

● Thursday 01 December from 17:00 to 19:00

● Monday 5 December from 17:00 to 19:00

● Wednesday 7 December from 9:00 to 12:00

● Tuesday 13 December from 17:00 to 19:00

● Thursday 15 December from 17:00 to 19:00

For calls in completed spoken Frenchthe slots are:

● Wednesday 23 November from 15:00 to 18:00

● Tuesday 13 December from 17:00 to 19:00
