Wearing a white bandage, stepdaughter Tia cuddled up to Kate and her bleeding baby bump in another sweet moment as they relaxed on the bed together.

She wrote: “Had some family time and it was so needed. Precious memories in a place we love. Feeling very grateful.

“Ps how we managed to keep Cree’s hand sand and water free I’ll never know, but our little soldier still had the best time.”

Kate and the footballer married in an extravagant wedding ceremony in Turkey in 2019 after dating for two years.

It comes after the reality star recalled being mistaken for Rebecca, her husband Rio’s late wife, while discussing their early relationship.

Kate admitted she felt “like a chick” when they started dating in 2017.

Rebecca Ellison tragically died of breast cancer in 2015 at the age of 35, sharing three children with Rio.

On their Blended podcast, Kate and Rio opened up about their problems as everyone mentioned Rebecca when the footballer talked about his wife.

She explained: “I’m sure, but I dated you, we might have been engaged, but I wasn’t your wife.” So when you talk about your wife, everyone says Rebecca.

Recalling how a celebrity recently called her Rebecca, Kate said she felt “like a side chick” early on in their relationship.

She added, “I kind of felt like that concubine, I felt like a damn good girl taking care of your three kids.” Everyone said your wife, your wife, your wife.

“Now I’m your wife, I feel very comfortable and yes, the wedding has changed a lot for me, so I can handle things now.”

Elsewhere, Kate revealed she didn’t know “what she was getting herself into” as she came across his late wife Rebecca’s belongings “everywhere” and his three children “ran riot.”

After spending some time together, the couple decided to take the next step and have Kate move into the family home – which was very difficult.

“I never realized what I was getting myself into until I came into this house. We fell in love, dated, met. I didn’t really experience your stepmotherhood, your life or the loss you went through,” she said.

“It wasn’t until I got here that I thought: ‘Shit, this is going to be hard’.”

Rio told her: “At that point I didn’t change anything in the house. Nothing has changed. The fact that I made you do it. I didn’t think about your feelings, maybe I was just in a bubble. I didn’t think about things in the bathroom like shower gel.’

Kate replied: “You didn’t move anything, we had this whirlwind romance, it was all beautiful and flowers everywhere and then I walked into your house.”

“Rebecca wasn’t taken away so all her stuff was in the same place and I just walked in.

“It was really difficult. I felt like I had an out of body experience. My mother thought I had gone a little crazy. I began to wonder, is this really what I think? I just didn’t even know if I was getting involved.”
